Aspire for Life is for people who want to manage or reduce their weight in a sustainable way, as part of a healthy diet and active lifestyle.
The Aspire for Life approach has been proven to work in research studies conducted by Plant & Food Research and the University of Otago.
It is not a quick fix. Aspire for Life is an online weight loss programme implemented in 2 phases of 12 weeks during which you can expect to lose 300 to 500 grams per week. At the end of the first 12 weeks, you can choose to continue with us onto another 12 weeks that teaches you how to maintain your new diet and lifestyle, handle weight plateaus, and eventually manage on your own.
Weight loss can be difficult for some. Our team of dietitian, recipe consultant, and physical activity coach are there to help you. We want you to really enjoy this weight loss experience and focus on the benefits you will gain.
